Website Terms

EarnBack is in development. This website is a non-transactional product preview: it does not offer an app download, accept money, create a refundable balance, create an account, or enter visitors into challenges.

1. Informational purpose

Product descriptions show the intended direction and may change after technical, legal, safety, and App Store testing. They are not a promise that every described feature will launch in every country or operate exactly as illustrated.

2. Intellectual property

The EarnBack name, branding, artwork, interface concepts, and original website content are reserved to their respective owner. No licence is granted except the limited right to view this website for personal, lawful use.

3. Availability and external links

The preview may be changed, suspended, or removed without notice. Links to external authorities are provided for convenience; their content and availability are controlled by those third parties.

4. No medical or safety service

EarnBack is not a medical, emergency, navigation, or personal-safety service. Future users will remain responsible for choosing an activity, route, distance, weather condition, equipment, and effort appropriate to them.

5. Future challenge and balance terms

Before app launch, separate consumer terms will explain challenge rules, allowed apps, battery and recovery requirements, committed credits, outcomes, complaints, refunds, withdrawals, fees, supported countries, and the role of any authorized payment partner. Accepting terms will not waive mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Liability for this preview

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, the preview is supplied for general information and should not be relied on for financial, medical, fitness, or safety decisions.

7. Governing rules

Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Complete business identity, jurisdiction, contact, and dispute-resolution information must be inserted before public commercial launch.
